2. Medical Ground Truth & Anti-Hallucination Policy

We enforce strict computational constraints on all summaries and eligibility tools. AI language models are prohibited from extrapolating clinical efficacy, inventing trial arms, or altering study eligibility criteria.

3. Daily Verification & Provenance Badges

Every study page displays a clear provenance badge indicating the official National Clinical Trial identifier (NCT ID) and the exact timestamp of its last synchronization with NIH servers.
